Chloé Chircop

Chloé has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2019. She specialises in intellectual property and is a senior associate in the intellectual property team at Aramis.

She advises French and international clients in all areas of intellectual property, in particular trade marks and designs, copyright, patents, know-how and unfair competition.

She assists clients with dispute resolution: strategic analysis, out-of-court procedures, judicial or administrative proceedings before intellectual property offices.

Chloé is also involved in transactions involving intellectual property assets, at both the structuring and negotiation stages.

Prior to joining Aramis, Chloé worked for 5 years at the law firm CASALONGA, which has specialised in intellectual property for 150 years.
