Aramis is pleased to announce the promotion of Pierre Galmiche to partner in the firm’s Economic Law team, eight years after his arrival.
Pierre Galmiche advises major French and international groups, banks, family businesses and institutions on competition law, distribution law and customs law. In particular, he advises them on the antitrust aspects of their various mergers and acquisitions or disposals, particularly in relation to anti-competitive practices, cartels and agreements.
