Aramis promotes Aymeric de Mol to partner and Pierre Galmiche as counsel

Aramis announces the promotion of Aymeric de Mol as partner in the Corporate/M&A team and of Pierre Galmiche as counsel in the Competition and Economic Law team.

Aymeric de Mol is a member of the Corporate/M&A team at Aramis. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities law. He assists his clients, French and foreign companies and investment funds, in external growth, restructuring and investment operations. He has a strong expertise in international transactions. Aymeric has developed a specific knowledge of the mobility, commodities, media and new technologies sectors. His appointment allows the firm to offer its clients a reinforced expertise in Corporate/M&A with a team that now includes ten lawyers, including four partners.

Pierre Galmiche advises on competition law, distribution law and economic law. He has also developed a strong expertise in customs and indirect taxes, where he assists the firm’s clients in the implementation of import or export operations involving the benefit of specific customs regimes, as well as in the context of customs litigation.
