Aramis has advised Centre Vinicole – Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte (CV-CNF) on its merger with Coopérative Régionale des Vins de Champagne (C.R.V.C.). The merger, which became effective on 31 December 2021, is an unprecedented event in Champagne for the last 25 years.
