Aramis advises BB Capital and Cosmetique Totale on the acquisition of Starever

Aramis has advised Cosmetique Totale and its financial shareholder BB Capital on the acquisition of Starever, which operates six beauty clinics in the North of France.

 

Cosmetique Totale specializes in professional paramedical treatments for skin care and rejuvenation. With this acquisition of six new clinics, Cosmetique Totale expands its offer in France and consolidates its leading position on the European market, with 50 clinics in the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
