Biography
Nicolas Lepetit is a counsel in Aramis’s Employment practice.
He advises and represents clients in both advisory and contentious matters across individual and collective employment relations. He acts for companies of all sizes and sectors, as well as senior executives.
Before joining Aramis in 2025, he practiced at LBBa, Bersay, and Ginestié Paley-Vincent.
