Biography
Frédéric Milcamps leads Aramis’s Employment practice. He advises on the employment aspects of restructurings (including business transfers and redundancies with social plans), M&A and outsourcing, profit-sharing and incentive schemes, executive hiring and negotiated exits, and employment disputes.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996, Frédéric previously worked in the employment teams of Latham & Watkins and Davis Ward Phillips & Vineberg. He co-founded DMS, where he was a Partner from 2006 to 2011. He is a member of AVOSIAL and the IBA.
