Biography

Emeline Peltier leads Aramis’s Real Estate practice. She advises both foreign and French clients — mainly investment funds, asset managers, hotel and nursing-home operators (EHPAD), family offices and major users (as tenants) — in relation to all asset classes.

Her broad practice allows her to deliver a full service offer in real estate, including:

Transactions: asset and share deals involving real estate companies,
Construction & development,
Leases and asset management,
Litigation.

Emeline and her team are regularly involved in complex and high-stakes real estate transactions and projects such as recently the acquisition of the Marriott Rive Gauche for a listed foreign company and the refurbishment of the Ariane and Légende towers in La Défense.

Before joining Aramis in 2023, Emeline created the real estate department of two other firms: Olswang Paris and then SVZ. She previously worked at Mayer Brown and Salans (now Dentons).
