We draft and negotiate contracts (including long-term supply agreements and PPAs), provide regulatory advice on energy matters, provide assistance in M&A and restructuring operations, and handle all related public-law issues.

We manage complex, high stakes disputes involving market operators and their projects. We also conduct regulatory litigation before the Dispute Resolution and Sanctions Committee of the French Energy Regulator (CoRDiS, CRE)—including applications for interim measures, dispute resolution, and sanction proceedings.
