Corporate
Aramis’s Corporate team, around fifteen lawyers, assists the firm’s clients on investments, M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations, helping shape strategy while factoring in real operational constraints.
Composed of experienced lawyers, it advises industrial groups, of all sizes, small and mid caps, intermediate sized companies and large caps, as well as investment funds, and family offices. The work is tailored and collaborative, using the firm’s full capabilities.
Beyond domestic deals, the team regularly handles cross-border transactions. Depending on client preferences and the specifics of the matter, Aramis can act as lead counsel and supervise local advisors, or work in co-counsel with trusted foreign firms.
