Aramis has advised Sutter Mills, the firm dedicated to consulting and implementation of data marketing strategies based in France, and its shareholders, within the context of its sale to the Accenture group. This transaction allows the purchaser to acquire new and the target to gain support from one of the worldwide leaders of services to business and administration organisations.
