Johanna Pergaud joined the Restructuring & Insolvency Proceedings team at Aramis in 2023.
She specialises in the treatment of distressed companies in the context of preventive and insolvency proceedings, as well as the related litigation.
Before joining Aramis, she completed internships with French and American business law firms, as well as with a firm of bankruptcy receiver.
She holds a Master 2 in Business Litigation from the University of Paris Nanterre and a Diplome Universitaire Droit des Entreprises en difficultés from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
