Aramis promotes Aliénor Harel to Counsel

Aliénor Harel joined the firm in 2017. For the last 6 years, she has been a member of the firm’s M&A team led by Raphaël Mellerio, founding partner, Anne-Hélène Le Trocquer, Alexis Chahid-Nouraï and Aymeric de Mol, partners.

She is regularly involved in private equity transactions for international funds and family offices, as well as in M&A for industrial clients (in the advertising, press and clothing sectors, etc.). She handles restructuring operations involving mergers or partial contributions of assets. Finally, she has developed solid expertise in financing via unitranche debt, another area of expertise for the firm’s Corporate team.

Aliénor Harel holds a Masters 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris Sud. Before joining Aramis, she worked at Reed Smith and Volt. She chose Aramis for the entrepreneurial spirit of its partners. “Here, the partners encourage the younger generation to forge links with clients,” she explains. “This promotion is recognition of the work she has accomplished and of the confidence we collectively place in Aliénor to continue developing the Aramis corporate team,” explains Raphaël Mellerio, Managing Partner.
