Aramis creates a real estate department with the arrival of Emeline Peltier and her team

Aramis announces the creation of a department dedicated to real estate, headed by Emeline Peltier, who joins the firm as a partner, with her team.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Emeline Peltier works on complex, high value-added real estate transactions, both in France and abroad. She works with key players in the real estate sector, in particular French and international investment funds, asset managers, hotel and nursing home operators, and users as lessees.

Emeline offers a full service in real estate and is involved in real estate transactions (acquisitions and disposals of assets and shares in real estate companies), including future state of completion, leases and asset management, real estate development, construction and real estate litigation (in particular in relation to leases and construction), for all classes of assets, in particular offices, hotels and warehouses.

Emeline is convinced by Aramis’ entrepreneurial project, the technical skills of its lawyers, the firm’s ability to act internationally through its large network of partners and the obvious synergies with the tax, M&A, restructuring and public law teams in particular, that she is starting this new chapter in her career.

Raphaël Mellerio, Managing Partner and co-founder of Aramis comments: “The creation of a real estate department has been one of our priority objectives over the last few months in order to meet the growing demands of our clients. We are very pleased to welcome Emeline and her team and to be able to offer our clients a complete real estate service. The synergies between our different practices are numerous and we perceive in Emeline the same entrepreneurial spirit and the same vision of the legal profession as in all the partners of the firm.”
