Aramis’ teams (Alexis Chahid-Nouraï for M&A aspects, Benoît Gréteau for tax, Frédéric Milcamps as regards employment and Benjamin May for IP matters) have advised Unique Heritage in connection with its acquisition on 20 May 2015 of Héros et Patrimoine, the parent company of Fleurus Presse, a publishing company mainly dedicated to youth (with about 15 magazines), and the financing of such acquisition, by way of an investment by investment funds managed by Entrepreneur Venture Gestion.
