Aramis advises Spice Capital on the new LBO of Klac Industrie

Aramis assisted the investment holding Spice Capital on the new LBO of Klac Industrie.

Klac Industrie, managed by Felicia Lange since 2015, is a company specialized in the manufacture of machines for extraction and construction and more precisely in the manufacture of accessories for excavators and mini excavators. Supported since 2018 by Adaxtra Capital, it is today Spice Capital who takes over and becomes the most important shareholder of Klac Industrie.

Spice Capital is an investment holding company managing both family and third-party funds, mainly in majority or active minority transfer transactions. The holding company is positioned as a long-term partner of SMEs/ETIs in family reorganizations or managers wishing to reinvest in order to build up their assets. For this operation, Spice Capital called upon the firm Aramis.

The Aramis team was led by Raphaël Mellerio (partner), accompanied by Gaëtan Le Page (associate), Nelson Da Riba (partner), Salomé Saada (associate) on the tax aspects, as well as Frédéric Milcamps (partner) and Cyrielle Fauconnet (associate) on on the social law aspects.
