Renaissance, which operates the nursing homes for dependent elderly people Château d’Eve and la Fontaine aux Cossons, has acquired from the Sigma group the entire share capital of EHPAD Château de Cressé, a company running the nursing home located in Bourg Charente, Charente, which can host 96 individuals.
