Nelson Da Riba

Nelson Da Riba leadds Aramis’ Tax practice.

He advises primarily on the tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, real estate transactions, and executive compensation. He also assists both companies and individuals in their dealings with the tax authorities, from securing advance rulings and approvals to handling audits and tax litigation.

Nelson is a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).
Before joining Aramis in 2020, he began his career at Gide Loyrette Nouel and then joined BDGS Associés, where he was made partner in 2019.
