Biography

Aymeric de Mol is a Partner and co-head of Aramis’s Corporate practice. He focuses on mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He advises French and international clients—corporates and investment funds—on buy-side and sell-side transactions, growth investments, and divestments. He also has strong experience in restructurings and management incentive packages.

Aymeric has developed particular sector knowledge in technology, healthcare, and energy.

He began his career in 2011 at a Magic Circle firm, working in the Brussels and Paris offices, and joined Aramis in 2020.
