Biography
Yves Ardaillou is one of the Partners leading Aramis’s Corporate / M&A practice. He also acts in disputes and international arbitration.
His work covers M&A, LBOs, private equity, management incentive packages, minority and majority investments, shareholders’ agreements, cross-border acquisitions, disposals and mergers, joint ventures, complex disputes, and restructurings.
Before joining Aramis, Yves was a Partner at Ginestié Paley-Vincent (2019) and Bersay & Associés (2000).
He is a member of the Paris Bar and the IBA.
