Paul Hulot

Paul Hulot is an associate in Aramis’s Tax practice.

He advises on corporate tax matters in the context of M&A and restructurings, as well as on executive and personal tax for the management and transfer of private and professional assets. His work includes the tax aspects of management incentive packages. He also assists companies and individuals during tax audits and investigations, and in pre-litigation and litigation.

He advises French and international companies, as well as individuals who are tax residents of France or abroad. Before joining Aramis in 2025, he practiced in the tax teams of Dentons and Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin.
