Biography

Emmanuel Schulte has over thirty years’ experience in EU, Competition and Economic law. He advises and acts in disputes resolution on French and EU competition matters (merger control, cartels, abuse of dominance, technology transfer agreements), as well as in distribution, franchising and consumer law. Emmanuel is also heavily involved in the negotiation and drafting of IT contracts.

Before joining Aramis in 2025, Emmanuel was a Partner at Ginestié Paley-Vincent. He began his career in Brussels at Jeantet Associés, was seconded to the Hungarian Privatisation Agency (APVRt) in Budapest, then joined Moquet Borde & Associés (now Paul Hastings). He subsequently practised as a Partner at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, then Bersay & Associés.

He is a member of the Paris Bar, the IBA, and the APDC (French Association of Competition Law Practitioners).
