Biography
Cédric de Pouzilhac leads Aramis’ Litigation, International Arbitration and Energy Law practices.
He handles business disputes involving contractual and tort liability, construction and industrial risk (defective products, court-appointed expert proceedings, claims/insurance), corporate law (shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, enforcement of contractual or bank guarantees, etc.), as well as compliance/anti-corruption matters.
In Energy Law, his team has advised major players in the electricity and gas markets—producers, suppliers and distributors—for over fifteen years. His advisory work includes drafting contracts (long-term supply agreements, PPAs) and advice on energy regulation.
He manages complex, high-stakes disputes involving market operators and their projects, and regulatory litigation before CoRDiS (applications for interim measures, dispute resolution, and sanctions proceedings).
He also has significant experience in the transport, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Before joining Aramis, he was a partner at Bersay & Associés (2008). He previously worked at Lovells (from 2000), then Hauteclocque Larroumet. He is a member of the Paris Bar, the IBA, and ICC France.
