Benjamin Dufour–Jules is an Associate in Aramis’s Corporate practice.
He advises french and international clients on M&A, private equity transactions, majority and minority investments by all types of investors and a wide range of company law matters.
Before joigning Aramis in 2026, he worked at Linklaters and Gide Loyrette Nouel.
