Aya Abdalla Hassan

Aya Abdalla Hassan is an Associate in Aramis’s Real Estate practice.

She works on real estate transactions (acquisitions and disposals of assets and shares in real estate companies), including forward purchase/forward funding (VEFA), as well as leases and asset management, development, construction, and real estate disputes—especially in lease and construction matters. She advises across all asset classes, with a focus on offices, hotels, and logistics/warehouses.
