Aramis assisted Ludovic Pierrat and Laurent Destouches in the sale of their company, Teledec, to the Norwegian group Visma.
Teledec, the publisher of a major software package for the electronic filing of tax returns for companies and professionals, has chosen to join forces with Visma, a Norwegian software specialist, marking its third acquisition in France.
The founders of Teledec, Ludovic Pierrat and Laurent Destouches , will benefit from the business synergies essential to their growth and the development of their activities, particularly internationally. Teledec will continue to operate under its current brand name.
Alongside Finexsi, financial advisor to the sellers, the Aramis team was led by Raphaël Mellerio (partner), with Charline Cogels in Corporate, Frédéric Milcamps (partner) and Marianne Bréard in Employment law, Nelson Da Riba (partner) in Tax.
