Aramis – Hiring an Associate (M/F) Corporate / M&A (4 to 5 years’ experience)

As part of a dynamic team, you will be involved in a wide variety of transactions:

• Mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, joint ventures
• Long-term financing transactions
• Investment structuring
• General corporate law

• Holder of a CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Attorney) and a Master 2 / DJCE (Diploma in Corporate Law)
• 4 to 5 years’ experience in a law firm (including final internship)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Team spirit, rigor, curiosity, and initiative
