Biography
Christopher Minnich is an associate in Aramis’s Corporate practice.
He regularly advises international companies looking to establish in France or invest in Europe, including on acquisitions and joint ventures. He also supports French companies and investment funds on acquisitions and throughout all stages of their development.
He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2006.
Before joining Aramis in 2025, Christopher worked at Bersay in Paris as a legal associate, developing expertise in commercial and corporate law. He later joined Ginestié Paley-Vincent in 2019.
