Biography
Vincent Pellier leads Aramis’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice. He primarily advises management and shareholders involved in amicable and court proceedings to address financial difficulties, including safeguard, reorganization, and liquidation.
Vincent also brings several years’ experience from working with insolvency officeholders (mandataires and administrateurs judiciaires). He has published extensively in INSOL Europe, Option Finance, and Stratégie Finance Droit, and regularly delivers training sessions and conference talks on insolvency proceedings. He is a member of the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE).
Before joining Aramis in 2017, Vincent was an Associate at Bredin Prat, then a Counsel at Willkie Farr (Paris).
