Biography

Raphaël Mellerio, a founding partner of Aramis, is one of the five partners heading its Corporate/M&A practice. His work focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and the creation of joint ventures. He also regularly acts in the franchise sector and on the implementation of complex industrial projects. In addition, he advises multinationals on the structuring of their supply chains in connection with specific international trade law issues.

Before founding Aramis in 2006, Raphaël spent 10 years at Clifford Chance in London and Paris.
