Biography
Etienne Amblard leads Aramis’ Public Law practice. He advises on public contracts and, more broadly, all areas of public law (public-sector law, public works and public property, public finance, regulation, etc.). He has significant experience in litigation (contract disputes, review of administrative acts, administrative liability) and project finance. He acts for corporates and public operators, notably in transport (particularly airport and rail), energy, defense, telecoms, and event-led urban development.
He has developed particular expertise in public law applicable in French Polynesia and in international contexts.
Before joining Aramis in 2016, he spent over 10 years at Gide, where he was promoted Counsel in 2014. In 2009, he was seconded for six months to the legal department (project finance) of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
