Carine Duchemin

Within the Tax department, Carine advises on M&A and corporate/group restructurings. She has significant international experience, acting for multinational groups—particularly in the hospitality sector. Carine also assists companies and their executives during tax audits and tax disputes.

A member of the Association des Avocats Mandataires en Transactions Immobilières (AAMTI), Carine regularly assists individuals and companies with the acquisition and sale of real estate. She is frequently involved in French and cross-border tax aspects at every stage of the real estate cycle (financing, development, refurbishment, holding, and disposal).

Before joining Aramis, Carine began as a tax lawyer at Taj [Deloitte] Avocats, where she spent 13 years. She then joined Bersay & Associés as Partner, then BDO-ADVIS for 3 years.
