Aramis’ Tech & Data team focuses on IT, Internet, and e-commerce matters. We help clients negotiate and draft IT agreements (SaaS, on-premise, integration and maintenance contracts, Service Level Agreements, Agile projects) and other commercial contracts. We also assist in IT pre-litigation and litigation.

We advise on implementation of the EU AI Act, on data monetization projects, and on electronic signatures under eIDAS / eIDAS 2.

The team has strong data-protection expertise. We support clients with all GDPR topics (privacy notices, cookies, risk mapping, data processing agreements, digital marketing) and during CNIL audits and disputes.

We are also specialized in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, including NIS 2 and DORA.

Finally, we regularly advise banks, payment institutions, FinTechs, and non-regulated companies on payment services projects, including licensing applications before the ACPR.
