Aramis’ Competition & Distribution team advises companies on all aspects of antitrust and distribution law. We secure projects and contracts and represent clients before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission, and national or EU courts.

We handle ongoing investigations by French authorities (DGCCRF and the French Competition Authority) and their overseas counterparts, and we regularly appear before the administration in distribution, client-protection, and customs matters.

We also have a strong experience in merger control before the French and EU competition authorities. Through a trusted international network, we coordinate multi-jurisdictional filings worldwide.

Day to day, we support clients in industry and services with contract drafting and negotiation, ad reviews, and the design of distribution and marketing strategies (including selective distribution).
