Emmanuel Schulte

Emmanuel Schulte has over thirty years’ experience in competition and economic law.

He specialises in French and European competition law (mergers, cartels, abuse of dominant position, technology transfer agreements), as well as distribution, franchising and consumer law. Emmanuel is also heavily involved in negotiating and drafting IT contracts.

Before joining Aramis, Emmanuel was a partner at Ginestié Paley-Vincent.

He began his career in Brussels at Jeantet Associés, before being seconded to the Hungarian Privatisation Agency in Budapest (APVRt). He then joined Moquet Borde & Associés (now PaulHastings), before practicing as a partner at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Bersay & Associés.

He is a member of the Paris Bar, the IBA and the Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC).

Emmanuel has been distinguished by Décideurs Magazine in the Competition and Distribution categories, and among the Best Lawyers in France in Competition/Antitrust Law and Information Technology Law.
