Christopher regularly advises international companies wishing to set up in France or invest in Europe through acquisitions or joint ventures. He also assists French companies and investment funds in their acquisition activities and at all stages of their development.
Christopher is admitted to the New York Bar since 2006.
After completing internships in the United States and France in various sectors, Christopher joined Bersay in Paris in 2007 as an associate lawyer, where he developed an expertise in commercial and corporate law. In 2019, he joined Ginestié Paley-Vincent.
