Carine Duchemin

Within the Tax department, Carine Duchemin works in mergers and acquisitions, in the restructuring of companies and groups. She has an important international activity as adviser to international groups, particularly in the hotel industry. Carine Duchemin also assists companies and their managers with tax audits and litigation.

Member of the Association des Avocats Mandataire en Transactions Immobilières (“AAMTI”), Carine Duchemin regularly assists individuals and businesses with a view to the acquisition or sale of real estate. ln addition, she is regularly involved in French and international tax aspects of transactions at all stages of the real estate cycle (financing, promotion, renovation, holding, disposal).

Carine Duchemin graduated from Paris Descartes University (DESS in corporate taxation; 3rd cycle diploma in corporate audit). She specialized in taxation then in real estate.

She started out as a tax lawyer at Taj Avocats for 13 years, then joined Bersay & Associés as a tax partner, before joining ADVIS for 3 years.

She was the co-founder of Duchemin Jouan & Partners in 2008 (DJP Avocats who was BDO lnternational’s correspondent in France until 2018), before joining Ginestié Paley-Vincent in 2020, then Aramis in June 2025.

Member of IACF and AAMTI.
