Aramis advised Lexroom, an Italian artificial intelligence platform dedicated to the legal professions, on the acquisition of Query Jurist, a French AI-assisted legal research start-up. The deal marks Lexroom’s entry into the French market, where the group aims to become the number one player within eighteen months.
