Aramis – Hiring a Corporate / M&A Associate Lawyer (4–5 Years of Experience) (M/F)

Aramis, a leading independent business law firm, is seeking a Corporate / M&A Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions to strengthen its Corporate / M&A team.

As part of a dynamic team, you will be involved in a wide range of transactions, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, and joint ventures
• Capital markets and strategic corporate transactions
• Investment structuring
• General corporate law matters

You will work closely with highly engaged partners and have direct exposure to both French and international clients across a variety of industries.

• Admitted to the Bar (CAPA) and holder of a Master’s degree in Law (Master 2 / DJCE)
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a law firm (including final internship/training contract)
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented, rigorous, intellectually curious, and proactive
