Aramis - Recruiting an intern for its Public Law department

ARAMIS Avocats advises and represents French and international companies across most areas of business law, with particular expertise in public business law, commercial litigation, arbitration and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, distribution and consumer law, intellectual and industrial property, information technology, capital markets, tax law, employment law, restructuring and insolvency proceedings, and real estate law.

ARAMIS’ Public Law team is active in all aspects of public law, with a particular focus on public procurement matters. The team advises a client base primarily composed of major public-sector operators and industrial groups.

• Working directly with a partner and an associate, you will be involved in all matters handled by the Public Law team.
• You will play an active role in both advisory and litigation work, taking part in every stage of the cases, from legal research to the drafting of submissions and legal documents.

Lawyer-in-training, Master’s degree or above:

• Previous experience in a law firm or within a court is required.
• Strong command of English required, as a significant portion of the work is carried out in English.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Internship agreement (“convention de stage”) required.
• Availability for a six-month internship.
• Start date: January 4, 2027.
