Hanna-Marie Borten-Guary is an associate in the Technology, Internet, and E-Commerce practices at Aramis.
Hanna-Marie’s practice focuses primarily on the field of new technology (IT contracts, DORA, DSA/DMA, Data Act, AI Act), personal data (GDPR audits, compliance, CNIL inspections) and intellectual property (software licenses, transfer of rights). She advises a wide range of French and international clients on regulatory compliance as well as on litigation.
Before joining Aramis in January 2026, Hanna-Marie was an associate at Joffe & Associés and trained with several renowned French and Anglo-Saxon law firms.
