Aramis: Recruiting an intern in Corporate Law (Corporate/M&A) – July/December 2026

As part of a dynamic team, you will be involved in a wide variety of transactions:

• Mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, joint ventures
• Long-term financing transactions
• Investment structuring
• General corporate law

• Trainee lawyer, particularly in final internship;
• Previous experience in a law firm and/or company within the tax department highly appreciated;
• Very good level of English required;
• Rigorous, autonomous, responsive, dynamic, and excellent writing skills;
• Internship agreement required.

Available for 6 months from July to December 2026.
