He advises on the employment aspects of restructurings (including business transfers and redundancies with social plans), M&amp;A and outsourcing, profit-sharing and incentive schemes, executive hiring and negotiated exits, and employment disputes.<\/p>\n<p>Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric previously worked in the employment teams of Latham &amp; Watkins and Davis Ward Phillips &amp; Vineberg. He co-founded DMS, where he was a Partner from 2006 to 2011.
