ARAMIS acts on behalf of several key players and new players in the payments industry, in relation to regulatory matters such as payments services, e-money, anti-money laundering, and more generally, banking regulations. We assist our client on payment and credit cards projects, prepaid cards, gift cards and vouchers, boxes, and generally e-payment solutions. The assistance of ARAMIS typically includes regulatory advice (including in the context of the SEPA) and contracts negotiation. We are in regular contact with the Banque de France, as well as national and international payment associations.
