ARAMIS regularly assists industrial and other institutional clients(private equity funds, family offices, investment banks, etc.), French and foreign, in mergers and acquisitions involving listed and non listed companies, asset deals, privatisations, restructurings and joint ventures. ARAMIS is in a position to conduct a national or cross border deal from its start to the end (ranging from due diligence to closing) and to integrate in its team all experts required for the transaction including, as the case may be, its foreign correspondents in the relevant countries. ARAMIS and its partners have developed specific expertise in the following business sectors: food and drinks, telecoms and new technology, aeronautic and defense.
