Aramis represents ACP Capital in the sale of its stake in Leasecom

The French regional banking group Crédit Mutuel Arkea has taken over 95% of the capital of Leasecom, a company specializing in the leasing of computers and office equipment, from its founders and the English private equity house ACP Capital for a total amount of 47.5 million euros. The remainder of the capital is still held by the managers of Leasecom. Aramis with Raphaël Mellerio and Romain Franzetti represented ACP Capital in this transaction.
