Aramis lead counsel to Tereos in the acquisition of 5 plants from Tate & Lyle

Tereos has acquired five European plants specialising in the production of starches as well as industrial alcohol belonging to the British group Tate & Lyle. The transaction is valued at 310 million euros. The Tereos group was represented by Aramis whose team lead by Raphaël Mellerio including Armelle d'Alton and Benjamin May integrated and coordinated the services of Delwaide (Belgium), Ceriani e Associati (Italy), Pinsent Masons (England) and Gomez-Acebo & Pombo (Spain). The Tate & Lyle group was assisted by Linklaters in London.
