Etienne AMBLARD is the partner in charge of business public law practice at Aramis. Etienne holds a degree in economic public law from Pantheon-Assas University and a Master in international business and law from HEC. He formerly worked for the firm Gide in Paris, where he became Counsel in 2014.


ALEXIS CHAHID-NOURAI graduated from Paris II University. He previously worked for many years with the Clifford Chance Paris office and with the French law firm Brandford-Griffith & Associés, as a partner since 2008. He speaks French and English. His practice covers M&A and ECM transactions as well as French company and securities laws.


AURELIEN CONDOMINES is a founding partner of Aramis. He graduated from the Universities of Paris I and Cologne, as well as the College of Europe. He worked for several years for firms as Pardieu Brocas in Paris, Simpson Thacher  & Bartlett in New York and Morgan Lewis in Paris. He taught legal strategy at HEC (MBA). He speaks French, English and German. He specializes in economic law, competition, complex contracts and litigation.

Mireille DANY

Mireille Dany is a partner within the antitrust, distribution and consumer law department. Formerly a partner at Proskauer Rose and Baker & McKenzie, she has significant experience in these areas of the law and assists a wide variety of corporate clients, in particular in the sectors of consumer goods and distribution, in all fields of economic law, both as advisor and litigator.


CEDRIC DE POUZILHAC is heading the arbitration practice and is one of the partners in charge of the litigation practice of ARAMIS. Cedric graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Paris, University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the University of Paris V-Malakoff. Before joining Aramis, he was a partner in the Bersay & Associates, and he previously worked with Lovells and Larroumet Pouzilhac law firms.


BENOIT GRETEAU graduated from Paris II University and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris - MS International Business Law and Management (ESCP Europe). He previously worked for the law firms Ernst & Young and Ayache, Salama & Associés. He speaks French, English and Spanish. He teaches corporate tax law at the University Paris II. He specializes in domestic and international tax law, in particular in the context of M&A and LBO transactions, and more generally assists companies in their relation with the French tax authorities.

Benjamin MAY

Benjamin May is one of the founding partners of ARAMIS. His professional practice covers regulatory work, intellectual property, information technology, e-commerce and data protection. His practice also includes commercial contracts and litigation. Benjamin has a particular focus in the field of life sciences and in the financial services sector. 


Raphaël MELLERIO is one of the founding partners of Aramis. He graduated from the universities of Paris and Edinburgh (Scotland). He previously worked for 10 years at Clifford Chance in London and in Paris, where he was designated as counsel as of 2003. He speaks French, English and Italian. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, distribution and consumer law and strategic contracts.


Frédéric Milcamps is the partner responsible for the labour law practice of the firm. He was admitted at the Paris Bar in 1996 and previously worked within the labour law departments of Latham & Watkins and Davis Ward Philips & Vineberg. He cofounded the DMS law firm where he was partner from 2006 to 2011.


Vincent Pellier is the partner in charge of the Restructuring & Insolvency department of Aramis. He is regularly involved in out of court and/or judicial treatment of distressed companies, including litigation with regards to pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings. Prior to joining Aramis in 2017, Vincent was associate at Bredin Prat and then counsel at Willkie Farr Paris
